While land development based on its ability are always facing limitations. This research is conducted with a sustainable approach to manage water resources and land programming in line with make optimal use of limited land, soil and water in the watershed. For this purpose, the required information to prepare a development model based on the land potential, were collected. Using the ArcGIS software, essential maps including map of slope, altitude, driving directions, land form, hydrographic, soil and vegetation, and density, were derived. By combining layers of information, the lands abilities were extracted in term of 107 ecological units. The meteorological data, hydrometer and the sources and consumptions of water resources of the watershed were collected and analyzed. The results showed that 88.2 percent and 11.6 percent are currently the area of agriculture and orchards. While the watershed potential for these practices are as 78.9 and 19.1, respectively. However, lack of attention to the potential water resources of the region, which is mostly as groundwater, caused a drop in groundwater level about 0.85 m per year and consequently the risk of soil and water resources in the region. The results indicate the importance of integrated water resources management and natural potentials in sustainable development in the watershed.}, keywords = {agricultural development,ArcGIS,land use,Water management,watershed}, title_fa = {نقش منابع آب در آمایش سرزمین‎ ‎حوضه تلوار در استان کردستان}, abstract_fa = {شناخت قابلیت‌های مختلف اراضی از آن‌جا اهمیت می‏‌یابد که کاربری نامتناسب زمین می‌تواند منابع خاک و آب یک منطقه را به خطر اندازد و کیفیت و کمیت آن را برای نسل‏‌های آینده کاهش دهد. ضمن این‌که توسعه اراضی بر مبنای قابلیت‏‌های آن نیز همیشه با محدودیت‏‌هایی همراه است. این پژوهش با نگرشی پایدار به منظور مدیریت صحیح منابع آب و استعدادیابی اراضی در راستای استفاده بهینه از منابع محدود آب و خاک در حوزه‏‌های آبخیز انجام شده است. به این منظور اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای تهیه مدل توسعه منطقه بر مبنای پتانسیل موجود اراضی، جمع‌آوری شد. نقشه‏‌های لازم شامل شیب، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، جهات جغرافیایی، واحد شکل زمین، هیدروگرافی، خاک و پوشش گیاهی و تراکم آن، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ArcGIS، تهیه شد. با ترکیب لایه‏‌های اطلاعاتی، توان محیطی منطقه به‌صورت 107 یگان‏ زیست-محیطی استخراج و داده‌های هواشناسی، هیدرومتری و منابع آب به‌منظور ارزیابی منابع و مصارف حوضه، جمع‌آوری و آنالیز شد. نتایج نشان داد که 88.3 درصد کاربری فعلی این حوضه کشاورزی و باغات و 11.7 درصد مرتع است. در حالی‏که پتانسیل حوضه در این بخش‌ها به‌ترتیب 78.9 و 19.1 درصد است. از طرفی عدم توجه به پتانسیل منابع آب منطقه که بیشتر به‌صورت زیرزمینی است، باعث افت سطح آب زیرزمینی در حد 0.85 متر در سال و به تبع آن به خطر افتادن منابع خاک و آب منطقه شده است. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر اهمیت مدیریت یکپارچه منابع آب و توجه به پتانسیل‏‌های طبیعی در توسعه پایدار اراضی در حوزه‏‌های آبخیز می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {توسعه کشاورزی,حوزه آبخیز,کاربری اراضی,مدیریت آب,‏ArcGIS}, url = {https://jwem.areeo.ac.ir/article_106815.html}, eprint = {https://jwem.areeo.ac.ir/article_106815_60a638f7235c447cbf25b788d21fcbb5.pdf} }
