In this study a method selected to investigate the Partial Duration Series (PDS) where the sample sizes are greater than pre-identified thresholds. In this method, randomly several observations are selected for a given year while some years have no observation greater than the threshold.. Selecting the most appropriate observations as representative for floods is the main characteristic of the PDS method.  In contrast, the main advantage of the Maximum Annual Series (MAS) can be referred to the inherent independence of the data. This subject can be validated and examined in the PDS using randomness and stationary tests. The Soltani hydrometric station in Halilrood River located in south-west of Kerman province, Iran was selected as a case study. Comparison of the theoretical results of the PDS and MAS methods indicated that the estimated values of PDS for 10 years and smaller return period are greater than those of MAS. However the results for this study area show this difference is negligible for 27 years data. The PDS method quickly approaches the population for a given data. Therefore the PDS is favorable for hydrometric stations with limited data availability. The required software coherent with Iranian data were prepared and presented in this study.}, keywords = {flood,Instantaneous discharge,Maximum average flood discharge,Return period,‎Sampling}, title_fa = {نحوه ایجاد مدل‌‎های دبی‏‎–‎‏مدت‏‎–‎‏فراوانی‎ ‎با روش سری زمانی ‏جزئی، مطالعه موردی: ایستگاه سلطانی هلیل‌رود}, abstract_fa = {در مطالعات پروژههای آبی نه‌تنها مقدار بیشینه دبی لحظهای جریان مورد نیاز است، بلکه برآورد دبی متوسط بیشینه و حجمهای مرتبط با آن نیز در مدت مشخص و در دوره بازگشت‌های مختلف مورد نیاز است. روشی که در مقاله معرفی و استفاده شده، به‌کارگیری سری زمانی جزئی در نمونهگیری است. به‌عبارت دیگر، نمونهگیری از سری‌های زمانی بالاتر از یک آستانه معین است. در این روش، ممکن است در یک سال چند بیشینه وجود داشته باشد و یا در یک سال داده‌‌های بالاتر از آستانه انتخاب شده وجود نداشته باشد. مزیت این روش در این است که اجازه انتخاب مقادیری را میدهد که نماینده مناسبتری برای جامعه آماری سیلابها است. تنها مزیت نمونه‌گیری از داده‌‌های بیشینه سالانه و به‌صورت یک عدد بیشینه در هر سال این است که داده‌‌های اخذ شده از یک‌دیگر مستقل هستند، اما میتوان با آزمون استقلال و ایستایی، معایب روش سری جزئی را که نمونه‌‌های بیش‌تری در سال اخذ میکند، برطرف نمود. در مطالعه حاضر، ایستگاه آب‌سنجی سلطانی بافت بر سرشاخه هلیل‌‌رود به‌‌عنوان مبنای کار انتخاب شده است. این رود در قسمت غرب استان کرمان واقع است. هرچند از لحاظ تئوری نتایج نشان میدهد که در دوره بازگشت حدود 10 سال و پائین‌تر روش سری جزئی، ارقام بیش‌تری ارائه میکند، ولی مقایسه نتایج آن در ایستگاه سلطانی بافت با 27 سال آمار، قابل ملاحظه نبوده است. روش سری جزئی نسبت به‌روش بیشینه سالانه زودتر به جامعه آماری نزدیک میشود و برای ایران که طول دوره‌های آماری آن کوتاه است، مناسب است. با انجام این مطالعه نرم‌افزارهای لازم برای ایران تهیه و معرفی شده است.}, keywords_fa = {دبی‎ ‎لحظه‌ای,دبی متوسط بیشینه,دوره بازگشت,سیلاب‎‎,نموته‌گیری}, url = {https://jwem.areeo.ac.ir/article_101913.html}, eprint = {https://jwem.areeo.ac.ir/article_101913_d01a262f93c89e904313b4f78ae64a28.pdf} }
